**Pharmathen** offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a **Financial Planning Senior Officer** to join our **Financial Planning & Analysis** team at our **Marousi** premises**.**

The **Financial Planning Senior Officer** supports strategic decision-making by developing financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and analytical insights. The role is responsible for financial modeling, performance analysis, business partnering, and ensuring accurate financial planning processes across the organization.

**What you’ll do:**

-   Analyze, explain & report financial and operational results
-   Prepare and maintain financial models to project mid & long-term growth
-   Prepare management reports and executive presentations
-   Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts
-   Improve planning processes, reporting, and financial systems
-   Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
-   Support month-end and year-end financial planning activities
-   Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial planning assumptions
-   Analyze monthly financial performance and explain variances against budget and forecast

## Requirements

**Minimum Qualifications:**

-   BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
-   1–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business controlling, financial analysis, or accounting
-   Professional certification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage

**Minimum Experience:**

-   1–3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or business controlling
-   Experience in Audit/ Consulting Firms will be considered an asset
-   Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) will be considered as a plus
-   Experience in pharmaceutical industry will be considered an advantage

**Job-Specific Skills:**

-   Strong analytical and numerical skills
-   Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint)
-   Knowledge of SAP, BW & Kinaxis will be considered an asset
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Profitability analysis
-   Business case development
-   Budgeting and forecasting
