**Pharmathen** offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a **Customer Supply Artworks Officer** to join our **Customer Service** team at our **Marousi** premises**.**

The **Customer Supply Artworks Officer** handles issues related to Artworks elaboration in the most efficient way till their completion for the projects assigned to him/her in coordination with all parties involved.

**More particularly:**

**What you’ll do:**

-   Provide customers with the key lines dimensions for packaging materials and technical specifications

-   Communicate with customers, sites, suppliers, procurement, and any other department necessary during the artwork preparation process till the final approval by the customers
-   Responsible for the material stock overview and prepares the change control in case of artworks revision in cooperation with the competent departments
-   Prepare artworks files supporting RA to the submission of registration dossiers
-   Handle challenging & key products (LAI), supporting the smooth AW preparation and execution
-   Support projects/initiatives for moving packaging operations to alternative sites, /new packaging sites machines where necessary in alignment with supply flow requirements
-   Support new launches AW preparation including new APIs/forms/specialties and cooperate smoothly with customers/ suppliers to ensure successful launches.  In addition, support regulatory submission for new launches concerning either line extensions namely MA approval of new strengths, pack sizes, or addition of alternative secondary packaging sites
-   Interface with the Planning depts of the sites, providing input for the AW versions to be used for the open orders checking and compiling the appropriate files/databases (MRP, APO etc)

## Requirements

**Minimum Qualifications:**

-   Minimum of a College Degree in a relevant field

**Minimum Experience:**

-   3 years of relevant experience

-   Multi-tasking
-   Time management
-   Detail orientation
-   SAP Knowledge and experience
-   Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English language, (written-oral)
