**The Role**

Phasor Engineering is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Transmission Line Project Coordinator** to support the successful delivery of transmission line engineering projects across Canada and the United States. Reporting to the Engineering Manager - Transmission, this role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules and documentation, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an interest in utility infrastructure and project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

·                     Support Project Managers with the coordination of multiple transmission line engineering projects.

·                     Maintain project schedules, action logs, budgets, and progress tracking.

·                     Coordinate project documentation, deliverables, and document control processes.

·                     Schedule and facilitate internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.

·                     Monitor project milestones and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or risks.

·                     Coordinate resource requests with engineering and drafting teams.

·                     Prepare project reports, status updates, and client deliverables.

·                     Track project financials, including purchase orders, invoicing support, and change management documentation.

·                     Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance with client requirements.

·                     Support project closeout activities and lessons learned documentation.

·                     Foster strong communication between engineering, field services, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

·                     Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Phasor's quality management system and safety culture.

**Qualifications Required**

·                     Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

·                     2+ years of project coordination experience in engineering, utilities, EPC, construction, or consulting.

·                     Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

·                     Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

·                     Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·                     Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·                     Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally to project sites.

**Preferred**

·                     Experience supporting transmission line, substation, utility, or infrastructure projects.

·                     Knowledge of project management principles and project controls.

·                     Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software.

·                     Familiarity with document control systems and project management software.

·                     CAPM or other project management certification is considered an asset.
