Ready for a nursing role that gives you balance _and_ purpose? We’re hiring a dedicated **LPN or RN** for **Private Duty Nursing (PDN)** with a consistent **3-day work week** serving patients in Springfield, Missouri and nearby rural communities.

**Position Highlights:**

-   **Work just 3 days per week** (consistent schedule)
-   One-on-one, in-home patient care
-   Serve both city and quiet rural settings
-   Build meaningful, lasting patient relationships
-   Supportive team and reliable communication

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Provide individualized nursing care in the home
-   Administer medications and treatments
-   Monitor patient condition and report changes
-   Assist with daily living needs per care plan
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Active **LPN or RN license** (Missouri)
-   Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
-   Comfortable working independently in a home setting
-   Strong clinical and communication skills
