Are you a **people person** who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and creating opportunities?

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a **Community Talent Consultant** to help us find great people throughout Independence and surrounding communities.

This isn’t your typical desk-based recruiting job. You’ll be **out in the community**—building partnerships, attending career fairs and events, visiting schools and healthcare organizations, and connecting talented people with meaningful careers at Phoenix.

Think of it as **recruiting meets community outreach and relationship building.**

### What You'll Do

-   Build relationships with schools, hospitals, healthcare organizations, community groups, and workforce partners
-   Represent Phoenix at career fairs, hiring events, networking events, and community activities
-   Generate candidate leads and connect them with our recruiting team
-   Share the Phoenix culture, mission, and career opportunities
-   Discover new partnerships and creative ways to attract talent
-   Work closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to support hiring needs
-   Track outreach, relationships, events, and results
-   Travel throughout the Independence area, with occasional evenings and weekends

### What You'll Bring

-   Outgoing, energetic personality and strong people skills
-   Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
-   Confidence representing Phoenix in the community
-   Organization, initiative, and follow-through
-   A creative mindset and willingness to try new ideas
-   Recruiting, staffing, marketing, sales, healthcare, or community outreach experience is a plus—but **we'll train the right person!**
