**Phoenix Home Care & Hospice**

Are you an experienced caregiver who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others? Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a dependable, compassionate caregiver who is ready to commit to 12-hour day shifts and travel to provide quality in-home care.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has professional caregiving experience, and is willing to commute up to 30 miles from home to provide care. Each 12-hour shift will be spent with one client, providing consistent, dedicated support throughout the day.

### What You'll Do

-   Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
-   Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
-   Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming
-   Assist with mobility and transfers
-   Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping
-   Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home

### What We're Looking For

-   Previous professional caregiving experience
-   Ability and willingness to commit to 12-hour day shifts
-   Willingness and ability to commute up to 30 miles from home to a client's location for a 12-hour shift
-   Dependable, compassionate, and adaptable

**Requirements**

-   At least 18 years of age
-   Valid driver's license
-   Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-   Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
