**$1,000.00 Sign on bonus for FULLTIME hours.**

### **What You'll Do**

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patients' homes.  
• Administer and manage medications.  
• Monitor and document patient conditions.  
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.  
• Educate, encourage, and support family members.  
• Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care.

• Active RN or LPN license  
• Strong assessment and communication skills

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state
-   Eligible to work in the United States
-   Experience working independently in a one-on-one home care setting is a plus.
-   Experience administering medications and monitoring changes in patient condition is a plus.
-   Experience with clinical observation and documentation is a plus.
-   Experience supporting children, young adults, and families in a care setting is a plus.
