**Daily Split Shifts | Make a Difference Through Compassionate Care**

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a **compassionate and dependable CNA in Holden, MO** to provide one-on-one care in a home setting. This is a meaningful opportunity to use your CNA skills to help someone remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home while providing dependable care and companionship.

### Schedule: Daily Split Shifts

-   **Morning:** 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
-   **Evening:** 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
-   **Location:** Holden, MO

**Pay Rate:** $17 per hour

### Your Role Includes:

-   Assisting with personal care and daily routines
-   Providing catheter care
-   Preparing meals and assisting with meal-related needs
-   Helping with daily activities
-   Providing companionship and conversation
-   Supporting a safe, comfortable home environment
