### Your Impact

-   Complete initial and reassessment visits for clients
-   Coach, mentor, and support field nurses
-   Provide training and ongoing clinical education
-   Help ensure quality care and compliance with company and state standards
-   Build strong relationships with nurses, clients, and families
-   Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
-   Serve as a trusted clinical resource for your team

### What You Bring

-   Active RN license and graduate of an approved nursing program
-   At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years
-   Home Health and supervisory experience preferred
-   Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
-   Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
-   A passion for helping nurses succeed and families receive excellent care
