### Part-Time Direct Support Caregiver (DSP) | St Charles, MO

**$21-$23/hour | Monday-Friday | 4:30 PM-8:00 PM**

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an experienced **Direct Support Caregiver** to provide one-on-one care for a client in **St. Charles, MO**. If you have prior direct support or in-home caregiving experience and are passionate about helping others live safely and independently, we'd love to meet you.

**Preference will be given to caregivers who reside in St. Charles** to support reliable attendance and a convenient commute.

This is a consistent part-time opportunity with dependable weekday morning hours.

### Schedule

-   Monday-Friday
-   7 am to 9:15 am

### Pay & Benefits

### Responsibilities

-   Provide hands-on assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
-   Assist with mobility and transfers
-   Prepare meals and assist with meal cleanup
-   Provide companionship and emotional support
-   Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and general tidying
-   Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment

### Qualifications

-   **Prior direct support, DSP, or professional caregiving experience required**
-   Must be at least 18 years old
-   Valid driver's license
-   Reliable vehicle with current insurance
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-   Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
