**$21-$23/hour | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-9:15 AM**

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for an experienced **Direct Support Caregiver (DSP)** to provide one-on-one care for a client in **St. Charles, MO**. This is a consistent weekday morning opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

**Preference will be given to caregivers who live in St. Charles** to support reliable attendance and a convenient commute.

If you have prior direct support or professional in-home caregiving experience and are looking for dependable part-time hours, we'd love to hear from you.

### Schedule

-   Monday-Friday
-   7:00 AM-9:15 AM

### What You'll Do

-   Provide hands-on assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
-   Assist with the client's daily morning dressing and grooming routine
-   Assist with mobility and transfers
-   Prepare meals and assist with meal cleanup
-   Provide companionship and emotional support
-   Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and general tidying
-   Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment

### Pay & Benefits

### Qualifications

-   **Prior direct support, DSP, or professional caregiving experience required**
-   Must be at least 18 years old
-   Valid driver's license

-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-   Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
