## Description

Private Duty Nursing Supervisor (RN) – Missouri Licensed 

Pay: $70-$80k annually

Are you a compassionate, detail‑oriented RN looking to take the next step in leadership? We’re seeking a Private Duty Nursing Supervisor to support our growing team and ensure exceptional in‑home care for our clients across Missouri. 

What You’ll Do 

-   Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field nurses 

-   Conduct in‑home supervisory visits to ensure high‑quality, compliant care 

-   Develop, review, and update individualized care plans 

-   Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff 

-   Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams 

-   Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance (Missouri) 

What You Bring 

-   Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (required) 

-   Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills 

-   Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or related field preferred 

-   Must have nursing supervisory experience 

-   Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with clients, families, and staff 

-   Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
