Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dependable, experienced **Skilled Caregiver or CNA** to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home. This position is ideal for someone who values building relationships, providing consistent care, and making a lasting difference.

**Schedule:** Daily split shifts, 6:30 AM to 9 AM and 4 PM to 6:15 PM

Consistency and reliability are essential for this client. If you enjoy establishing routines and delivering high-quality, compassionate care, we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**

-   Assist with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene
-   Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
-   Assist with toileting
-   Provide companionship and emotional support
-   Safely assist with transfers (Hoyer lift experience is a plus)

**Pay & Benefits**

-   $17 per hour
-   Weekend shift differential for Saturday and Sunday hours

**Qualifications**

-   Skilled caregiving or CNA experience required
-   Hoyer lift experience preferred
-   At least 18 years of age
-   Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
-   Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-   Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
