**This is not a regular job.**

Most people spend years trying to get a seat at the table. This role _is_ the table. You'll work directly with the founder, embedded in every part of the business: hiring, operations, partnerships, finance, and strategy. Not as an observer. As someone who makes things happen.

**What You'll Own**

-   **First point of contact:** calls, partners, universities, and anyone reaching out to the company
-   **Invoicing and financial follow-ups**: you keep things clean and nothing slips
-   **Daily operational reports:** read them, find the gaps, flag what matters
-   **Calendar and scheduling:** proactively managed, not just maintained
-   **Career fairs, university partnerships,** and external outreach: you organize, coordinate, and represent
-   Anything the founder sees that needs a second brain and a capable pair of hands

## Requirements

-   Based in Cairo, available full-time, in-person
-   Sharp communicator written and verbal, Arabic and English
-   Naturally organized with an obsessive attention to detail
-   Someone who sees a problem and fixes it before being asked
-   Loyal, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive information
-   No specific degree or years of experience required, we will train you completely
