### **About the Graduate Academy**

The Pipeline Gurus Graduate Academy is a structured entry program designed to develop graduates into professional B2B sales specialists.

This is not a traditional internship. Participants work on real client accounts while receiving hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to build practical enterprise sales skills.

Successful candidates will develop the foundation required to transition into Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development roles.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers
-   Execute outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email
-   Support pipeline generation for international technology clients
-   Book and coordinate qualified discovery meetings
-   Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking (HubSpot)
-   Assist in account research and opportunity qualification
-   Participate in weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews
-   Follow structured outreach and reporting processes
