**About the job:**

We are looking for a Business Process & Technology Specialistwithin the Wealth & Asset Management (WAM), specifically for our Subsidiary,  Piraeus Securities SA.to support business transformation initiatives by improving processes, driving digital innovation and enabling technology solutions that create business value.

The role acts as the link between Business, Operations and Technology, translating business needs into practical solutions while contributing to process optimization, automation and strategic projects

**Responsibilities**

-   Elicit, analyze and document business requirements to support process improvement and technology transformation initiatives
-   Translate business needs into functional, operational and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
-   Analyze, document and redesign business processes ("As-Is" & "To-Be"), identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation and continuous improvement
-   Develop process maps, operating models, integration roadmaps and implementation plans to support business transformation initiatives
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle
-   Support the implementation of digital solutions, system integrations, APIs and technology-enabled business initiatives, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes
-   Evaluate new technologies and digital solutions based on business value, operational impact, implementation complexity and regulatory considerations
-   Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and key milestones, providing regular status updates and management reporting
-   Prepare business cases, executive presentations, decision papers and performance reports to support strategic decision-making
-   Ensure new processes and technology solutions are supported by clear governance, operating procedures, controls, SLAs and ownership models
-   Leverage Business Intelligence, data analytics and AI-enabled tools to generate insights, improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision making

**Qualifications**

-   Μaster's degree with specialization in Data Science, Applied Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or Quantitative Finance
-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance or a related field
-   Professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation or Technology Projects

-   Experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering.

-   Understanding of system integrations, APIs and data flows.
-   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-   Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Jira or similar platforms is an advantage.
-   High attention to detail and hands-on attitude
-   Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-   Positive, committed and engaged attitude while demonstrating a team spirit and partnership
-   Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting tight deadlines
