 **About the job**

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrator to join our Branch Network Support Team. In this role, the Operations Administrator serves as a central point of coordination for the Branch Network, facilitating effective communication and ensuring the seamless execution of operational activities across internal teams and customer interactions. The position includes handling and resolving operational requests, accurately processing and verifying transactions, maintaining up-to-date records, and monitoring pending tasks to ensure timely completion, all while adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards

 **Responsibilities**

Supports operational tasks arising from the activities of the Network and the corresponding Business Units, within the framework of their operational and uniform management.

-   Records and processes transactions in the appropriate banking systems and applications, promptly and effectively, following the relevant procedures and policies.
-   Performs predefined tasks to support the framework for the implementation of the data governance model.
-   Provides high-quality services to internal and external clients, in accordance with applicable regulations.

 **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

-   MSc in related field will be considered an asset
-   Up to 7 years’ experience in customer-oriented positions with exposure to sales activities
-   Very good knowledge of MS Office 
-   Very good knowledge of English
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented and results-driven mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy
-   Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
