**About the job:**

**Risk Manager**

We are seeking for a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our Group Risk Management Team who will be responsible for Capital Requirements Calculation & Reporting.

**Responsibilities**

-   Contributes to the calculation and regulatory reporting of capital requirements for securitizations.
-   Supports activities related to the assessment of SRT and STS for securitizations.
-   Provides support on technical and system workflows for the calculation of capital requirements for credit risk.
-   Contributes to internal management reporting and visualization on capital requirements.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Mathematics studies or related field
-   MBA or MSc in Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Econometrics or related field
-   Min 4 years of banking experience in Risk Management (ideally focused on Capital Requirements) or similar (Banking related) experience in a Consulting firm
-   Very good knowledge of the regulatory framework for Capital Requirements – Pillar I
-   Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SQL
-   Visualisation tools (Power BI) and AI tools knowledge to be considered a plus
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
-   High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on attitude
-   Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
-   Positive, committed and engaged attitude while demonstrating a team spirit and partnership
-   Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
