**About the job:**

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Group Real Estate team. The role focuses on the effective management of the Bank's real estate portfolio, ensuring the seamless coordination of external service providers, monitoring property-related activities, coordinating leasing, maintenance and operational matters across the portfolio.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing to the efficient operation, value preservation and strategic management of the Bank's real estate assets.

## Requirements

**Responsibilities**

-   Coordinate and oversee property management activities performed by external servicers across the Bank's real estate portfolio.
-   Manage leasing arrangements, including renewals, amendments and related documentation, while assessing complex property-related requests concerning maintenance, repairs, upgrades and operational matters.
-   Drive the coordination of property maturity and readiness activities, collaborating with external servicers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution and operational readiness.
-   Assess service provider performance and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality, operational effectiveness and cost control.
-   Develop management reports, analyses and insights on portfolio performance and property management activities.
-   Monitor market conditions and real estate developments to support informed portfolio management decisions.

**Qualifications**

-   BSc in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
-   ·MSc in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset.
-   3– 6 years of professional experience in Property Management, Asset Management, Real Estate Services, or a related sector.
-   Hands-on experience in managing large and diverse real estate portfolios, including leasing arrangements, property operations and stakeholder coordination.
-   Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
-   Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal.
