**About the job:**

**Credit Officer**

We are seeking for a highly skilled Credit Officer to join our Group Credit Team who will be responsible for the credit assessment of transactions within the Structured and Project Finance Unit with primary focus on energy and infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**

·       Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks arising from the granting of credit facilities, in order to maintain the quality of the respective portfolio.

·       Prepare high-quality credit opinions with respective recommendations to the relevant Credit Committee.

·       Overseeing the proper implementation of the Bank’s credit policy for obligors under the Unit’s responsibility.

·       Monitoring the quality of the assigned loan portfolio and track sector/industry developments.  

·       Recommending upgrades or downgrades to clients’ credit ratings.

## Requirements

·       Bachelor in Economics, Finance or related field

·       MSc in Economics, Finance or related field will be considered as an asset

·       Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role or in a relevant business function.

·       Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English

·       High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on attitude

·       Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

·       Positive, committed and engaged attitude while demonstrating a team spirit and partnership

·       Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
