**About the job :**

We are looking for an experienced **Cyber Risk & Assurance Manager** to join our Group Cyber & Information Security Office (GCISO).

In this role, you will contribute to strengthening the Bank's cyber resilience by managing cyber and information security risk, supporting regulatory compliance, coordinating security assurance activities.

**Responsibilities**

-   Manage cyber and information security risk assessments across the Group, including the identification, evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of security risks.
-   Assess the effectiveness of security controls, recommend appropriate risk treatment actions, and monitor remediation plans.
-   Develop and maintain cybersecurity KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and management reports to support governance and decision-making.
-   Coordinate, support, and monitor the implementation of cybersecurity regulatory compliance initiatives, including DORA, NIS2, GDPR, PCI DSS, EBA Guidelines, and other applicable requirements.
-   Manage security assurance activities and ensure the timely follow-up and remediation of findings arising from internal audits, external audits, regulatory reviews, and security assessments.
-   Act as the primary point of contact between the Cyber & Information Security Office and Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, and Regulatory authorities on cyber risks and assurance matters.
-   Conduct and coordinate ICT third-party security assessments in line with DORA, evaluate supplier security risks, and support ICT outsourcing governance processes.
-   Maintain and enhance cyber incident response governance, cyber resilience processes, and recovery planning in collaboration with Cyber Defense, CSIRT, Business Continuity, and Operational Resilience teams.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline (BSc, MSc).
-   Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Information Security or cybersecurity, including at least 2 years in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or assurance role.
-   Proven experience in Cyber Risk Management, GRC, or Security Assurance within a complex enterprise environment.
-   Hands-on experience coordinating internal and external security audits, regulatory assessments, and remediation programs.
-   ·Demonstrated experience supporting compliance initiatives related to DORA, NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, EBA Guidelines, and related standards.
-   Experience in facilitating cross-functional initiatives and engaging with executive stakeholders.
-   Excellent analytical, risk assessment, and decision-making abilities.
-   Certifications in cybersecurity, risk or audit (CRISC, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA), will be appreciated.
