**About the job:**

We are seeking for an experienced Business Analyst, to join the Organization, Operation Quality & Technology Governance Unit, to analyze business requirements & define specifications, aiming to implement new and upgrade/improve existing functions and operations of the Bank’s systems & applications, to support the implementation of strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Gathering and analysis of business requirements and needs, communicate data and information to create business/technology solutions that effectively manage, measure and monitor the business decision making
-   Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend upgrades & solutions
-   Manage the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle, from requirements analysis to solution implementation to enhance operational efficiency through digital transformation
-   Effectively perform UATs and review the manuals and documentation, to ensure deliverable requirements are met
-   Continuously evaluate and improve the business and technology processes and practices

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or Finance (BSc, MSc)
-   3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis and systems development
-   Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
-   Ability to analyze processes and effectively utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency and outcomes
-   Knowledge/experience in the Banking sector (systems/procedures), in Investment products & Services, will be consider as an asset
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer oriented and results-driven mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
