## Requirements

**Basic Requirements:**

-   High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus, not required)
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
-   Availability to work evenings, weekends, or events as needed
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Positive attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
-   Coachable and open to feedback
