Our Outside Sales Representatives meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. **We provide warm, pre-scheduled appointments, so you can focus on selling—not cold calling or knocking on doors.**

This is a 100% commission opportunity with earning potential of $120,000–$300,000+ annually. **Our top performers regularly earn $300,000+**.

No previous home-improvement experience is required. We provide extensive paid training, hands-on field experience, and ongoing coaching and support to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do as an Outside Sales Representative

-   Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations (appointments provided)
-   **Build relationships and understand each customer's needs**
-   Present solutions and close sales
-   **Manage your sales pipeline and maintain organized records**
-   Represent P.J. Fitzpatrick with professionalism and integrity

## Requirements

We're looking for people who are:

-   Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
-   Motivated by performance and earning potential
-   Competitive, driven, and self-motivated
-   Coachable and eager to learn
-   Professional and confident with customers
-   Ability to pass background check and drug screen

**Previous sales or home-improvement experience is preferred but not required—if you’re teachable and driven, we’ll train you!**
