We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Bath Installer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and execute the installation of our top-of-the-line acrylic bath and shower systems, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and manage bath installation projects from start to finish.
-   Perform high-quality installations of acrylic baths and showers within a single day.
-   Supervise and train apprentices during installations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
-   Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety regulations.
-   Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and address any concerns.
-   Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

**Working Conditions:**

-   Full-time, 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
-   Work completed primarily at residential properties.
-   May require occasional Saturday work based on project needs.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Minimum 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
-   Strong ability to cut and install drywall and plywood wall backers, and construct wall templates.
-   Proficient in taking accurate measurements and using various power tools.
-   Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
-   Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
-   Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
-   Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required.

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide per diem for food!
