We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and collaborative Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Product Engineering team!

### **Your responsibilities**

You will join a cross-functional team that builds and maintains the Plan A Product help improve Plan A's frontend architecture, improving interactions and user experience on the carbon accounting platform

-   Create flexible, maintainable, and reusable features that help users along their carbon accounting and decarbonisation journey
-   Collaborate with the other Frontend and Backend engineers in your team, as well as the Data, Platform and QA engineers from other Engineering teams on features and technical improvements 
-   Plan and implement features together with design, and product, to make pragmatic decisions and contribute to technology and architecture decisions
-   Promote best practices and methodologies within the Frontend development team
-   Foster a healthy and collaborative development environment through mentorship, transparent feedback and communication

## Requirements

-   Highly proficient in CSS3, HTML5, and TypeScript
-   Strong experience with React and SASS / SCSS
-   Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest
-   Proven ability to lead cross-functional feature implementation, including leading the planning, implementation and release phase
-   Experience working in an agile Product development environment
-   Strong focus on scalability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability of the product
-   Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
-   Excellent written and verbal English

**What makes you stand out**

-   Experience with micro-frontend architecture such as single-spa
-   Experience with libraries such as TanStack, RTK, or Recharts
-   Proven experience leading projects or teams
