## Description

**PLANET S.A.** is looking for a **Business Analyst** to participate in consulting, business analysis, and digital transformation projects for public and/or private sector organizations.

The role involves supporting project teams in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, collecting and documenting requirements, and linking business needs with functional and/or technological solutions.

**Responsibilities**

-   Participate in the collection, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements.
-   Map existing processes, workflows, and areas for improvement.
-   Support the preparation of business requirements, functional specifications, reports, and presentations.
-   Collaborate with project teams, technical teams, and client representatives to understand and clarify needs.
-   Participate in workshops, working meetings, and presentations to clients/stakeholders.
-   Monitor actions, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the project team.
-   Support the validation of proper requirements implementation and the quality assurance of deliverables.

## Requirements

-   University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
-   Experience in a Business Analyst role, or participation in business/digital improvement projects
-   Good understanding of business processes and ability to analyze requirements
-   Very good knowledge of requirements analysis methodologies and tools
-   Good understanding of software development lifecycle
-   Ability to draft professional documents, presentations, reports, and documentation
-   Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken
-   Analytical thinking, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
-   Very good communication skills and willingness to collaborate within project teams
