**Workplace:** hybrid

**Department:** Enterprise & Learn

## Description

### Who we are

Platzi is the largest technology school in the Hispanic world, with over 7 million students and 4,000 companies using our platform to develop technical and professional skills. Our mission is to make Latin America a technology superpower by training individuals and organizations in areas like AI, Software Development, Cybersecurity, English, Leadership, and Business.

We operate mostly remote, with team members across Latin America and key hubs in Bogotá, Mexico City, and San Francisco.

### Summary

We’re looking for a **RevOps Manager** to lead the strategy, reliability, and evolution of our B2B revenue systems, with HubSpot as our core CRM.

This is not a CRM admin role. We need someone who can understand how our revenue operation works, identify where the CRM is limiting visibility or execution, and recommend what we should change to improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, Sales Enablement, and decision-making.

You’ll work closely with Revenue Leadership, Sales, Account Management, Finance, and RevOps. You’ll also manage and mentor a RevOps Analyst, helping the team move from manual cleanup to scalable systems, clear standards, and trusted data.

### What you’ll be doing

- Define and evolve the CRM strategy for Platzi’s B2B revenue operation.
- Recommend improvements to HubSpot workflows, lifecycle stages, deal stages, properties, automations, integrations, reporting, and governance.
- Improve forecast accuracy by strengthening pipeline data, deal discipline, required fields, close dates, stages, amounts, and forecast inputs.
- Build views and reporting that help Revenue Leadership understand pipeline quality, forecast risk, and recurring workflow issues.
- Lead the Sales Enablement strategy connected to CRM usage, deal execution, pipeline hygiene, handoffs, and commercial operating standards.
- Turn recurring CRM and pipeline issues into enablement priorities, playbooks, manager guides, trainings, and process improvements.
- Diagnose root causes behind CRM failures and design scalable fixes.
- Reduce manual cleanup, spreadsheet-based workarounds, repeated checks, and operational rework.
- Define clear ownership across Sales, Account Management, Finance, Revenue Leadership, and RevOps.
- Escalate recurring process gaps or CRM discipline issues when needed.
- Manage and mentor a RevOps Analyst through prioritization, feedback, coaching, and technical guidance.

## Requirements

### Who you are

**Must-haves**

- 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Revenue Systems, CRM Strategy, or similar roles in B2B environments.
- Advanced experience with HubSpot
- Proven ability to define CRM strategy, not only operate CRM workflows.
- Experience improving forecast accuracy through CRM data quality, pipeline discipline, reporting, and process design.
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue processes, including pipeline, deal stages, lifecycle stages, handoffs, billing inputs, commissions, forecast data, and Sales Enablement.
- Experience diagnosing CRM failures and designing scalable fixes.
- Strong knowledge of workflows, automations, properties, lifecycle stages, deal stages, reporting logic, integrations, and CRM governance.
- Demonstrated advanced fluency with AI tools using prompt engineering and critical evaluation of outputs to accelerate CRM diagnostics, reporting, and revenue process design.
- Ability to turn CRM and pipeline issues into practical Sales Enablement.
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts, specialists, or operators.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, Revenue Leadership, RevOps, and technical teams.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

**Nice to haves**

- Experience in SaaS, edtech, HR tech, corporate training, or B2B subscription businesses.
- HubSpot certifications or advanced HubSpot implementation experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
- Experience with revenue forecasting, pipeline inspection, MEDDIC, or similar qualification frameworks.
- Experience with BI tools, data warehouses, APIs, enrichment tools, or connected reporting layers.
- Experience working with Finance on revenue validation, billing inputs, commissions, or post-close reconciliation.
