### **Summary**

Platzi is looking for an **Enterprise Sales Executive** to grow our enterprise customer base across Latin America. This role focuses on building relationships with large organizations, understanding their needs, and providing tailored learning solutions from Platzi Business. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on consultative selling and creating long-term partnerships.

## Requirements

### **Description**

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with large enterprises and driving significant revenue growth. **This is a full-cycle sales role:** you will actively prospect, identify opportunities, manage your pipeline, and close large deals with corporate clients.

This role requires strong consultative selling skills, resilience, and a clear closing mindset. You should be comfortable reaching out to senior decision-makers, leading commercial conversations, handling objections, and moving opportunities toward a concrete decision.

### **Qualifications**

-   **5+ years** of proven success as a Sales Executive for SaaS products or similar solutions, targeting enterprise customers in Latin America.
-   Proven ability to generate and manage self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, cold outreach, or strategic account mapping.
-   Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to address client pain points and present tailored solutions.
-   Strong closing ability, including objection handling, negotiation, follow-up discipline, and the ability to drive deals toward a signed agreement.
-   Experience engaging with VP and C-level executives, with excellent professional presence and communication skills.
-   Proficiency with CRM tools, SaaS products, and lead-generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
-   Resilient, results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with direct outreach and persistent follow-up.
-   **English level:** B2 or above, with strong written and verbal skills.
-   **Nice to have:** experience in high-growth startups or other fast-paced environments **and** experience with **B2G** (business-to-government) negotiations.
