### **About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **HVAC Supervisor** to support our Facilities Services Division. This position focuses on the evaluation, data collection, and condition assessment of HVAC systems across District schools and facilities. The HVAC Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Identify and evaluate HVAC systems and components at District sites.
-   Enter system data into various formats, including tablets, smartphones, and laptops.
-   Use construction and technical knowledge to assess HVAC systems behind walls, ceilings, and floors.
-   Evaluate overall condition and remaining service life (RSL) of HVAC equipment and systems.
-   Work closely with other trade surveyors to collect measurements, specifications, and boilerplate data.
-   Support ad hoc HVAC surveys as requested by leadership.
-   Provide supervision and serve as a technical resource to staff or survey participants.

## Requirements

### **Minimum Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; OR
-   At least 10 years of HVAC/construction experience (4 years of which may substitute for degree).
-   6+ years of full-time experience with construction management teams in HVAC-related projects.
-   In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and maintenance practices.
-   Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with school administrators, faculty, and staff.
