**Key Responsibilities** 

You will be working under the mentorship of our Directors, leading your own teams, responsible for the setup and delivery of multiple fit-out projects in the region. Your role includes working alongside our commercial & design teams, managing external consultants, contractors and client teams. You will be responsible for leading the pre- and post-contract phases of projects, chairing meetings, owning the action tracker, and directing information flow between the teams. You will have full ownership over project timelines and deliverables, oversee site progress & quality, and be responsible for contract administration and all formal project reporting.

## Requirements

Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

10+ yrs of experience required, ideally at 5 yrs experience in a PMC firm.

Design and commercial acumen.

Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time.
