## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities** 

The role is a full-time Estimation Lead position responsible for leading quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation and cost estimation for GCC projects; managing and mentoring a remote team of quantity surveyors; ensuring the quality and timely delivery of estimates; and coordinating with GCC-based commercial teams and stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**

-   10+ years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying or cost management.
-   Proven track record measuring and pricing GCC projects, including substantial experience on KSA, UAE and Qatar projects.
-   Experience across a range of sectors, such as residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure and mixed-use developments.
-   At least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team of quantity surveyors or quantity surveyors and their outputs.
-   Experience working in or with a construction consultancy, contractor or developer serving GCC clients.
