**Role Summary**

The role is primarily responsible for providing support to trading desks, liaising with third parties on confirming transactions and settlements on time, performing reconciliations, and streamlining processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Deliver real time support to Portfolio Managers and Trading Desk to ensure accurate execution processing and rapid response to booking, allocation and settlement issues. 
-   Perform fund operations including trade bookings, trade matching, failed trade investigations, daily reconciliations, P&L reconciliation.
-   Liaise with executing brokers, prime brokers, and fund administrators on break resolutions
-   Streamline and document workflow through automation and process review.
-   Perform collateral and margin reporting

## Requirements

-   Degree holder in Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Accounting or related disciplines
-   At least 5 years’ experience working in financial services
-   Good knowledge of Listed products. 
-   Excellent communication skills.
-   Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities under time pressure. 
-   Comfortable working in a fast paced, lean team environment. 
-   Positive and proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills
-   Strong excel VBA & programming preferred
