## Description

**Job:**

To support the Porsche Cars Great Britain Marketing Communications team, in the planning, development, and implementation of UK Marketing Communication activities to achieve the strategic and company goals. Delivering best-in market presence across the owned, earned, and paid ecosystem and promote current and future Porsche products and services, maintain customer loyalty, maximise conquest opportunities and build brand advocacy.

**This is a Placement Year position for a candidate currently studying an Undergraduate degree at university, seeking a placement for their third year. The role will commence in August 2027. Please ensure that you have read and understood the requirements of the role before applying.**

**Responsibilities:**

-   Own and manage the PCGB Communications Content Plan, coordinating cross-functional forums and maintaining the master content planner.
-   Produce and analyse social media performance reports, presenting key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
-   Support the maintenance and optimisation of Porsche.co.uk content, managing requests through the Jira ticketing system.
-   Conduct regular website checks and audits to ensure digital content remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
-   Support the planning and delivery of model launches while coordinating content and communications across the business.
-   Assist with the creation and management of organic content for social media and My Porsche, briefing agencies and reviewing content prior to publication.
-   Ensuring all content is on brand and in line with Porsche CI guidelines.
-   Supporting the translation process, with copy checking of Marketing Communications when needed.
-   Supporting with content production at Events.
-   Coordinating the Quarterly Marketing Report for Marketing Communications.
-   Supporting with product and brand campaign delivery and reporting when required.
-   General:

-   Day-to-day finance administration, including raising PO’s & processing invoices. With timely processing of the required finance documents,
-   Responsible for monthly reporting across areas of responsibility working with different reporting systems,
-   Supporting on Marketing Communication internal business updates (e.g. Presentations).

## Requirements

**Minimum Qualifications**

-   Currently studying a Marketing or Business-related degree.
-   Excellent level of PC literacy, including MS Office programmes (PowerPoint, Word and Excel are essential),
-   Proficient with image editing software – Photoshop or systems alike.
-   Adaptability working with new software and programmes,
-   Fluent in spoken and written English.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Keen interest in digital marketing and social media,
-   Keen interest or knowledge of the car industry,
-   Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills,
-   Self-motivated, with the ability to work without constant supervision.
-   Knowledge or spoken and written German would be an advantage.

**Location:**

Porsche Cars GB Ltd and Porsche Retail Head Office is located conveniently by junction 12 of the M4, adjacent to a retail park, gym, and well-known fast-food restaurants. It is within walking distance of Theale's main line train station and a bus stop which operate regular services to Reading Town Centre.
