Now, we’re looking for a **Senior React Engineer** to join our team and help us create world-class solutions for our global clients.

### What You’ll Do:

-   Develop robust, scalable React applications using modern frameworks like NextJS, leveraging tools such as TanStack Query and TypeScript.
-   Ensure your applications are fast, smooth, and responsive by focusing on performance and quality.
-   Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals and deliver on time.
-   Stay ahead of trends by exploring and implementing new tools and technologies that improve development speed and product quality.

### Recent Challenges We’ve Solved:

-   Rendering 30,000 markers on a map simultaneously—without crashing the browser.
-   Keeping the GUI smooth while updating maps with massive datasets.
-   Developing a lazy-loading, infinite scroll image list optimized for underperforming mobile devices.

### What We’re Looking For:

-   6+ years of web development experience, with at least 3 years in JavaScript frameworks like React.
-   Expertise in Single Page Application (SPA) design patterns and front-end security, with familiarity in OWASP top 10.
-   Deep understanding of front-end performance optimization—minimizing render times, smooth animations, and hitting 60fps.
-   Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies.
-   Passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest web development trends.
-   Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
-   A team-first, humble attitude, where solving problems and helping others succeed is a priority.
