### What You'll Do:

-   **Build Relationships:** Manage and develop strong connections with our existing partners, ensuring clear communication, positive collaboration, and building trust to secure additional referrals.
-   **Identify Opportunities:** Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.  
-   **Drive Sales:** Proactively uncover new business opportunities and lead client acquisition efforts.
-   **Expand Horizons:** Develop creative strategies to explore new industries, client types, and markets to grow our partner network.
-   **Lead Conversations:** Conduct calls with potential clients, understand their business needs, and present our value proposition clearly and effectively.
-   **Stay Organized:** Actively manage your pipeline, keep our CRM systems up to date, and track inquiries.
-   **Be a Trusted Advisor to the Clients:** Help clients grow their business to foster mutual growth for our company.
-   **Identify Potential Partners:** Develop a strategic plan for partnership growth, articulate the value proposition for potential partners and regularly engage with partners to build and ensure ongoing collaboration.

## Requirements

### You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

-   Have at least **3 years of experience** in sales or account management.
-   Proven track record of success in building and nurturing strong client relationships. 
-   Are **confident in English** and can communicate effectively with international clients (both written and spoken).
-   Are tech-savvy and eager to learn new software and tools.
-   Are **well-organized, flexible**, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
-   **Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation** skills.
-   Understand the **software development world** and can speak the language of our business.
-   Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
-   Bonus points if you have experience with U.S. clients or an agency background!
