Learn more at powerfactors.com. ABOUT THE ROLE Currently, we are looking to strengthen our team with a passionate and dedicated Junior - mid level In-house Lawyer. The ideal candidate will be involved with several day-to-day legal matters, contracts and basic elements of cross border transactions. This role is located in our offices in Chalandri, Greece WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING · Providing legal services and advice in Corporate and Business Law · Reviewing commercial international contracts (NDAs, Framework agreements/ MSAs, Supply agreements, Maintenance agreements, Software License Agreement etc) · Managing legal projects effectively and actively establishing internal and external relationships · Drafting Board and General Assembly Minutes · Handling multiple legal matters simultaneously and independently – possessing the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines · Conducting legal research · Participating in client meetings/phone conferences WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL We believe you enjoy working in a purpose-driven organization and that you thrive in an environment where you need to find creative solutions to challenging problems in a fast-changing context.
