## Description

Planit Green Landscapes is a premier landscaping company dedicated to creating and maintaining high-end residential outdoor spaces in Brantford, ON. As a Maintenance Lead Hand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards, supporting the Foreman and contributing to the success of our team.  
  
Key responsibilities include:

-   Maintain high-end residential properties to exceptional standards
-   Prune and manicure shrubs, gardens, and outdoor spaces
-   Assist the Foreman in coordinating daily maintenance activities
-   Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professionally presented
-   Operate landscaping equipment and tools efficiently
-   Provide strong customer service when interacting with clients
-   Work toward meeting and exceeding daily and seasonal targets

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   3+ years of landscape maintenance experience, including maintaining high-end residential properties
-   3+ years of experience operating landscaping equipment and small tools such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers/weed whackers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws
-   3+ years of pruning experience with shrubs and gardens
-   1+ year of horticulture experience
-   Valid Ontario G driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
-   Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
-   English language proficiency

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Compensation expectations within $24–$28/hour
-   Experience landscaping for high-end homes
