As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Pool Installation Crew Leader/Foreman to join our team in Brantford, ON.  
  
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of pool construction projects, maintaining our standards of excellence, and fostering a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

-   Supervise and lead a team in the construction of pools, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
-   Manage daily site operations, implementing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized worksite.
-   Interpret and execute project blueprints, designs, and specifications accurately.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges as they arise.
-   Track project progress and provide updates to management.
-   Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
-   Uphold company values of craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction throughout all phases of construction.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   3+ years of experience in pool construction, including vinyl liner and fiberglass pools
-   3+ years of experience as a crew leader, foreman, or equivalent construction leadership role
-   Hands-on expertise across the full scope of pool installation, including excavation, grading, plumbing, equipment pad setup, electrical and concrete/decking coordination, and troubleshooting installation issues
-   Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings
-   Extensive knowledge of pool construction techniques, materials, and equipment
-   Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
-   Legal eligibility to work in Canada

### Preferred Qualifications:

-       Proven experience in pool construction(vinyl liner and fiberglass)
