**Position Overview:** 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team at Bos Landscaping. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable landscaping professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing sales, estimating, client relationships, project coordination, and operational leadership. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving construction and landscape enhancement sales while supporting overall company operations, quality control initiatives, and internal structure development. This is a high-impact leadership position with growth opportunity for the right individual.

**Responsibilities:** 

-   Lead front-line sales activities for landscape construction and enhancement projects  

-   Meet with clients to understand project goals and develop tailored solutions  

-   Prepare estimates, proposals, and project budgets  

-   Coordinate project selections and client design consultations  

-   Support project scheduling and coordination alongside operations teams  

-   Assist with upselling enhancements and additional project opportunities  

-   Oversee quality control initiatives for construction, maintenance, and enhancement work  

-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution  

-   Support the development of operational processes, SOPs, and internal structure improvements  

-   Assist with leadership initiatives and team support as the company continues to grow  

-   Work alongside ownership to support high-level operational management

## Requirements

**What We Need From You:** 

-   Strong knowledge of landscaping, landscape construction, and outdoor projects  

-   Experience in sales, estimating, project coordination, or landscape design  

-   Ability to confidently sell higher-end landscape projects and understand all project components involved  

-   Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills  

-   Excellent communication and client service abilities  

-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously  

-   Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills  

-   Experience supporting process improvement, team structure, or operational development is considered an asset  

-   Design experience or understanding of landscape design principles is strongly preferred  

-   Snow operations experience is considered an asset, but not mandatory
