Spring Creek Quail Farms is a family-owned and operated farm in St. Anns, Ontario, and one of North America’s leading producers of fresh quail eggs.

We’re growing quickly and looking for a reliable, hardworking Egg Collector/Packer to join our team. This is a hands-on role that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and taking pride in doing a job well.

### What You'll Do

As an Egg Collector/Packer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive fresh, high-quality quail eggs every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

-   Collecting and handling quail eggs carefully
-   Inspecting and grading eggs according to quality standards
-   Removing eggs that do not meet quality requirements
-   Packaging and labelling finished egg products accurately
-   Maintaining clean and sanitary egg collection and packing areas
-   Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
-   Performing other farm and production duties as required

## Requirements

The right candidate is someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at a steady pace.

You should:

-   Be comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
-   Be able to stand and remain active throughout your shift
-   Be able to lift and handle 20–30 lbs
-   Be comfortable working around birds and a farm environment

### Experience With Poultry?

Experience working with chickens, quail, or other poultry is an asset but not required.
