**What You’ll Do** 

**Here’s how you’ll help us bring our mission to life and show up as a Trusted Partner:** 

-   Own successful customer implementations: Manage a portfolio of customer onboarding projects from post-sale handoff through kickoff, configuration, training, launch, and transition to the ongoing Customer Success team, ensuring each customer is prepared to successfully adopt and realize value from their PracticeTek solutions. 

-   Drive the onboarding project plan: Establish project goals, milestones, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria while maintaining clear project documentation and keeping both customers and internal stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon next steps. 

-   Lead customer communication and alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding, leading customer meetings, providing proactive status updates, setting expectations, and translating customer needs into actionable implementation plans. 

-   Coordinate cross-functional delivery and remove barriers: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Technical, Operations, and other teams to address configurations, workflows, data requirements, integrations, dependencies, and issues that could impact implementation success. 

-   Drive launch readiness and continuous improvement: Identify and resolve project risks, ensure required training and implementation activities are completed, maintain accurate customer and system records, and contribute insights that improve onboarding processes, resources, and overall customer time to value.

-   On-time onboarding: Customer implementations are completed within established timelines and agreed-upon scope based on the applicable product, service, and implementation complexity. 

-   Customer experience: Customers report a strong onboarding experience, measured through customer satisfaction results against the established team target  

-   Launch readiness and quality: Customers reach go-live with required configuration, training, documentation, and transition activities successfully completed, with minimal avoidable rework or post-launch disruption. 

-   Adoption and time to value: Customers achieve established readiness and early adoption milestones within the expected timeframe for the applicable product or service. 

-   Project execution and stakeholder experience: Project plans, customer records, risks, milestones, and communications remain accurate and current, while cross-functional partners receive timely information and clear ownership throughout the implementation lifecycle. 

**What You Bring** 

**Your unique talents are what make you shine. For this role, success looks like:** 

-   4+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in software onboarding, implementation, customer support, customer success, project coordination/project management, account management, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. 

-   Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple customer projects, implementations, or complex customer engagements simultaneously, with accountability for timelines, deliverables, follow-through, and customer outcomes. 

-   Strong project-management, organization, and prioritization skills, including the ability to establish plans, milestones, responsibilities, timelines, and accountability across multiple concurrent workstreams. 

-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to lead customer meetings, manage expectations, communicate proactively, and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

-   Strong problem-solving and technology proficiency, including experience using CRM, project-management, communication, and productivity tools and the ability to quickly learn new software, workflows, products, and industry concepts.

**The Fine Print (That Really Matters)** 

At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay between $25 - $28/hr. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
