## Description

**Preferred Search Group** is partnering with a well-established, team-oriented general dental practice in Bow, NH to find an experienced and upbeat **Treatment Coordinator**. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with patients, and brings a consistently positive attitude to the team.

### **✨ Responsibilities:**

-   Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
-   Review insurance benefits and coordinate with insurance companies
-   Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements
-   Answer phones and provide excellent patient service
-   Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
-   Support team operations and assist where needed

### **💲 Compensation:**

-   $25–$35/hour depending on experience
-   Top of range available for highly experienced candidates

### **🗓 Schedule:**

-   Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
-   Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
-   Occasional Fridays (not required)

## Requirements

-   Minimum **3 years of general dentistry experience** (flexible for the right candidate)
-   **Treatment coordinating experience required**
-   Clinical experience is a plus, but not required
-   Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
-   Able to stay on track in a fast-paced, interruption-heavy environment
-   Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
-   Must love dogs 🐾 (office has a friendly yellow lab!)
