Preferred Search Group is partnering with a **top-rated private dental office in Shelby Township, MI** to find an experienced and personable **Treatment Coordinator** to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident discussing treatment, connecting with patients, and helping patients understand the value of the care they need.

### Schedule

-   **Monday:** 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
-   **Tuesday:** 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
-   **Wednesday:** 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
-   **Thursday:** 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
-   **Friday:** Off

### What You’ll Do

-   Welcome and build relationships with patients
-   Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care
-   Discuss treatment costs, financing options, and insurance benefits
-   Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment
-   Help increase case acceptance while maintaining a patient-first approach
-   Coordinate appointments and treatment scheduling
-   Work closely with the doctor and clinical team
-   Maintain accurate patient records and treatment information
-   Provide an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   Previous dental experience required
-   Treatment coordination or dental front-office experience preferred
-   Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-   Comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients
-   Confident, warm, and professional personality
-   Organized and detail-oriented
