### **The Opportunity**

PMF is the largest broker in the alternative lending industry, headquartered on Wall Street. We have grown into an organization of 26 offices across 4 countries, all based on a system of building brokers into managers.

Business owners across the country are under immense pressure right now to make payroll, expand, or even stay afloat because the banks are moving too slow or just flat out telling them no. With 30+ products and services, PMF has become a one stop shop for their capital needs.

Right now PMF is pushing billions in funding while other industries are cutting back. Our leads are up 200% and we are growing the team to meet demand. This is a rare chance to join the Midtown Manhattan office of Premium Merchant Funding. Our Midtown office has traditionally run as a small, elite unit. In 2025 the office paid out over 20 million dollars in broker fees to a team of 60 agents. Our goal is to double that in 2026.

### **The Role**

We make working as a broker straightforward. You will focus on generating applications by building relationships with American business owners, who will become accounts in your book of business. The first year is the grind. It is supposed to be. It takes 200 no's to get the first yes, but 80 percent of people who make it through year one stay for the next 5 years. That is why every one of our 26 office managers started in this exact role.

-   **Year 1 OTE:** _**$82,000 to $125,000+**_ **Year 2 OTE:** _**$200,000 to $350,000**_

Our closers are closing 20 out of every 50 applications agents submit. **Two hundred no's for one yes can equal a ten thousand dollar commission check.**
