## Requirements

### **What we expect of you, day-to-day:**

• **Own** all aspects of credit card processing operations, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for our clients.

• **Act** as a subject matter expert, staying current with payment industry trends, gateways, merchant accounts, and regulatory changes.

• **Help** develop systems, processes, and standards that support sustainable growth for the department.

• **Work** closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities and deliver customized, competitive payment solutions.

• **Collaborate** with cross-functional teams to align on goals, optimize systems, and support client success.

• **Identify** and prospect new business opportunities through hot leads, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.

• **Deliver** tailored sales proposals that address client needs and drive meaningful business relationships.

• **Contribute** to scaling the department and developing long-term strategy and market positioning.
