This position reports to the Tolling Operations Analyst and is responsible for supporting tolling program oversight, working closely with customers, external toll agencies, and internal teams to identify and resolve issues related to toll operations. The ideal candidate has an interest in data analysis and process improvement, with a focus on identifying and solving operational challenges.
