## Description

On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an **HR Analyst.**

**Job Summary**

The **HR Analyst** is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce management. The role focuses on HR reporting, data analysis, workforce metrics, and supporting HR initiatives with data-driven insights.

**Main Responsibilities**

-   HR Data Analysis and Reporting
-   Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data
-   Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management and HR leadership
-   Monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends
-   Maintain accurate Learning & Development (L&D) records, including training completion and certification data, and provide regular reports to management eg. training status and upcoming certification expirations
-   Support the development and automation of HR reports and dashboards

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
-   2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or data analysis
-   Experience working with HR systems (HRMS) and data reporting tools
-   Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
-   Knowledge of HR metrics and workforce analytics
-   Experience with HR systems and reporting platforms
-   Attention to detail and data accuracy
-   Strong communication and presentation skills
-   Ability to translate data into actionable insights
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
