# Accounting Officer

## Description

On behalf of our **client**, a leading company in the **Industrial** **Manufacturing** sector, we are currently recruiting an experienced **Accounting Officer.**

## Requirements

-   Daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and general ledger updates
-   AP/AR management and bank transactions
-   Monthly and annual closing support
-   Tax compliance and accurate handling of Greek GAAP
-   Reporting and cooperation with auditors

**Qualifications :**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

-   Master’s degree or professional certifications will be considered an asset
-   Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Greek GAAP, and tax regulations
-   3–6 years of experience in a similar role
-   Hands-on experience with SAP
-   Very good knowledge of Greek tax legislation
-   Experience with Greek GAAP & IFRS
-   Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
