## Requirements

**What you'll actually do:**

-   Edit 6–20 performance ads per week for real ad spend.
-   Create hyperrealistic AI UGC, animated ads and clean voiceovers.
-   Develop hooks and variations based on performance data.
-   Proven DTC or ecommerce performance-ad experience.
-   Deliver high-quality work quickly and consistently.
-   Be accountable, highly responsive and committed long-term.

The XP System: Every ad earns XP based on the spend it generates. More XP means a higher level and a bigger bonus multiplier.

-   Editors focused only on visuals, not performance.
-   People who need constant follow-up or miss deadlines.
-   Candidates looking for side work or an easy 9-to-5.

**Who we ARE looking for:**

-   1+ year of DTC/e-commerce experience with a strong performance-ad portfolio.
-   You create hyperrealistic AI UGC that looks authentic and human.
-   You produce AI song ads and AI animations in styles such as Pixar-inspired, 3D and claymation.
-   You deliver clean, natural-sounding voiceovers across every creative.
-   You take ownership, communicate quickly and flag blockers early.
-   You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
